HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
Make your design request via email or through the website. Please do not send text messages or DM's with design details. We are available to speak with you via messenger or email to review ideas for your design. You will be asked questions to help gauge information about your business, any samples you like, as well as your intended target audience. Once you make your payment for the design that you are requesting, a design will be created for your review. For logos, please fill out our questionnaire to help develop concepts for your logo. PLEASE FILL IT OUT COMPLETELY TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC. After then, you will be able to revise your design as necessary to achieve your desired look. You will receive 2-3 options to choose from. Final files will include PNG, PDF, Tiff, SVG, and/or JPEG formats. For logos and flyers, your design can be used to complete stationery, brand marketing or t-shirt printing. The normal turnaround time is from the next day to 10 business days for Logo Design and E-Flyers. Website design turnaround time can vary from 1 week with a 1 page to 2-4 weeks for a 5 page. Website design turnaround starts when the client has provided the necessary content. Website requests will have up to 3 months to use their website design purchase credit. If the service is not fulfilled with 6 months your service is forfeited and non refundable. Please see terms and conditions for me details.

WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE?
Pricing includes the design fee and the expertise advise of the Creative Designer. It also includes the time, creative effort and enery spent on giving you the best design to represent your brand. Wix websites and DIY Templates are hosted completely free with ads and the host site's name (dbi graphics) included in the URL. Pricing does not include the price of a wix hosting plan nor custom domain name (www.yourbusinessname.com) . That is additional. 2 Revisions (adjustments) are included in the original design quote. A Draft of your project will be submitted to you for your review. Once you have received your Draft of the project, please review and approve or reply with ALL revisions. Delayed responses will cause your project to be delayed as we try to move quickly from project to project. Once you approve a design, IT IS FINALIZED AND NO MORE REVISIONS WILL BE MADE. Once your project is complete, any additional revisions or updates will be made at an additional cost of $25 per hour. $25 is the minimum charged for making adjustments. You are responsible for reviewing EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR DESIGN INCLUDING SPELLING, VERBIAGE AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. IF YOU REQUEST A REVISION AFTER FINALIZATION, THERE WILL BE A $25 REVISION FEE PER REVISION. We do not offer website maintenance or training on how to maintain your website. Wix has a professional support team that is more than willing to assist you in maintaining your website.

DO YOU WRITE THE CONTENT FOR MY WEBSITE?
We can do that if necessary for no additional cost, however website content is the client's responsibility. Content for all website pages and links needs to be delivered digitally and should be carefully proof-read by the client. The designer does not edit material for websites, this is solely the responsiblity of the client. Two rounds of revisions will be provided free of charge. Subsequent revisions will be billable at my regular hourly rate.

I CURRENTLY HAVE A WIX WEBSITE CAN YOU UPDATE IT FOR ME?
Yes. Updates are limited as some may require a brand new design.

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS?
No. We do however, have periods of the year where we run specials and promotions. Any promotions that we may have will be posted on social media outlets.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We accept payments via debit/credit cards by receiving an invoice, through cash app and via Zelle.

IS THE ARTWORK MY PROPERTY ONCE PAID FOR?
Upon full payment and completion, all work created is yours and you have full rights to use it and profit from it. As the designer, we are permitted to use all artwork for promotional purposes and will get permission from the client in some instances to make sure timing is of the essence. If you desire to trademark or copyright a logo, you will need to pay an additional price to purchase the intellectual property rights from us. Please read more details about the necessity and legality from this third party website Trademarking. Our logos can however be used for personal and business marketing for profit.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED?
All work is submitted to you either via email or messenger.

​DO YOU PRINT?
No. E-flyer designs may be printed at your local office supply store. Please contact them for specifics.

DO YOU OFFER PHONE CONSULATIONS?
Yes. Phone Consultations are limited to 1 hour and are subject to our consultation rate. Phone calls take time away from us completing projects in a timely matter so our time is vaulable. We are more than happy to brainstorm with you to ensure that your business endeavors are heading in the right direction.
